PXL Evaluation Manager is a specialized tool designed for PXL staff to streamline the planning and execution of project exams. This was a collaborative group project developed by a team of three. It represented one of my first major "requirements-to-product" experiences. This project also involved research into the architecture of building robust REST APIs and exploring their available alternatives to ensure a scalable and maintainable backend.
The platform allows staff to plan evaluation moments. From a central dashboard, assign staff members to specific rooms, and oversee the entire examination schedule.
On the day of the evaluation, the process is designed to be as frictionless as possible. Jury members can effortlessly join their assigned sessions by scanning a unique, dynamically generated QR code. This eliminates manual login hurdles and ensures that evaluators are instantly directed to the correct student project and evaluation form.
The jury interface provides a clean, focused view for evaluators to submit scores and feedback in real-time. This immediate data entry allows planners to monitor the progress of ongoing evaluation rooms.
